Sly's Rambo movie "First Blood" was shot in and around Hope. The town it self is not very exciting but the surroundings are absolutely amazing with rainforest, mountains, rivers, several provincial Parks and several Indian tribes and reserves. Hope is also the end of Highway 3 which hooks up to the Trans Canadian HW 1 at this point.
